We had a fantastic stay at Auberge Au Naturel Des Ardennes. The location was beautiful and peaceful, with fantastic views. The old world style building gave it a charming atmosphere. We were impressed with the spaciousness of the girls' room on the first floor. The breakfast in the former restaurant was very good, with a variety of options including cold meats, cheese, cereals, fruit, and fresh bread. The highlight was the warm and friendly service provided by the owner, who even organized a restaurant 5 kilometers away to pick us up and drop us off. a lovely experience.

The surrounding nature offered endless possibilities for hiking, and our 5 to 8-year-old child absolutely loved exploring the trails and discovering hidden gems. The proximity to the beautiful village of Alle provided us with the perfect opportunity to go kayaking on the peaceful Semois River, creating unforgettable memories for our family.

My wife says that the only suggestion she would have for families with children is to provide a small play area or games room on the premises.

In fact, I was so enamored with this hotel that I extended my stay by two extra nights. I would highly recommend this serene and lovely location for a getaway.

The Inn is a peaceful retreat in the forest with a lovely hearth in the main room. The staff speak French and offer a wonderful free continental breakfast with perfect coffee. The rustic room is well-equipped and the surrounding woods have stunning autumn colors. Knowing French is an advantage for communication.

we stayed in rochehaut before, but our recent stay at the auberge au naturel des ardennes was even more charming and rustic than we remembered. the old-fashioned atmosphere and cozy rooms made us feel right at home. we loved the option to bring in take-away food and enjoy it on the terrace, and the owner even kept our wine cold for us. drinks in the evening were a nice touch. overall, a delightful experience.
